Important Notice: By accessing or using the rf99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services provided by rf99, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rf99.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Users or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions or any future amendments, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our customer support team.
To use the rf99 Platform and Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. rf99 operates a strict age verification policy. You will be required to provide valid proof of age, including a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended, and all Funds will be forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia at the time of using the Services. rf99 reserves the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, device location services, and document verification. Accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions or using VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from gambling activities by any court order, contract, or other legal restriction.
You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the rf99 Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in Indonesia. We do not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
Warning: Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all Funds and winnings, and potential legal action.
To access the full Services offered by rf99, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual (sometimes called "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. rf99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials or from unauthorized Account access.
rf99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to prevent fraud, underage gambling, and identity theft. Before processing any withdrawal, we will require you to submit:
Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during WIB business days. rf99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension.
rf99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata), and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider.
Deposits are typically processed instantly during WIB banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. rf99 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from bank accounts, credit cards, or e-wallets not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and your Account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests can only be processed to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified Account name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week for standard Accounts. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier level.
Withdrawal processing times vary based on your Account status:
rf99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or to delay withdrawal processing if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or any other suspicious activity. We may also withhold withdrawals pending the completion of ongoing investigations or pending resolution of disputed transactions.
To prevent money laundering and to comply with regulatory requirements, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. This means the total amount wagered must equal or exceed the total amount deposited. Deposits that have active bonus balances attached to them are subject to the specific wagering requirements of that bonus (see Section 6).
rf99 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be carefully reviewed before claiming any bonus.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bonus at our discretion if we suspect bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms. One bonus per User, per household, per IP address, per device. Users who attempt to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate Accounts or fraudulent means will have all bonuses forfeited and Accounts terminated.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:
The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is Rp 25,000 per spin, hand, or bet. Bets exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7-30 days from activation). If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully completed. Users may request to cancel an active bonus at any time, which will result in the removal of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
All games on the rf99 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and operated by trained dealers. We partner only with reputable game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories.
rf99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are published for transparency and are based on long-term statistical data provided by game manufacturers. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP due to the random nature of gambling.
You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game rules, paytables, and help screens are accessible within each game. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, rf99's decision, based on game logs and RNG audit trails, is final and binding.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical glitch, all affected bets and gameplay are void, and all stakes are returned to affected Users. rf99 is not liable for any losses caused by software malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control. If a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout, rf99 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust Account balances accordingly.
For sports betting (including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues), all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant league or governing body. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply (detailed in our Sports Betting Rules, accessible on the Platform).
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
If we detect any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, confiscate all Funds and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities. We may also share information with other gambling operators and industry fraud prevention databases.
The rf99 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular game will be available at all times or that technical issues will not occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, rf99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rf99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or labor disputes.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all remaining Funds (subject to wagering requirements and KYC verification). Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use rf99 Services again in the future.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, we will return any remaining Funds in your Account (minus any amounts owed to rf99) to your verified bank account or payment method, subject to completion of all pending investigations.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) on dormant Accounts to cover administrative costs. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rf99 operates under its license. Where Indonesian law applies, these Terms shall be interpreted consistent with applicable Indonesian legal principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against rf99.
